Salaried GP with a view to the option of Partnership
Closing Date: 12 November 2021
We are currently looking to recruit a GP(s) to join our team for a total of 8-10 sessions per week. These may covered by a combination of GPs. The opportunity is as a Salaried GP with the possibility of considering Partnership although there is no pressure to do so.
The vacancy has arisen due to a longstanding senior GP colleague preparing a move out of area. We are a rural practice and a close nit team. We are a training practice taking medical students and GP Registrars. Anyone interested in teaching or becoming a Clinical Supervisor would be encouraged to engage.
We have a list size of 7200 and a full team including GPs, ANPs, Dispensers, Reception, Secretarial and Administrative staff. We employ apprentices to help train our next generation. We focus on a motivated, compassionate and caring culture to support each other and our patients in difficult times.
Our focus over the next 3-4 years is to develop our premises and facilities as well as growing our training, learning culture along with supporting our PCN attached staff. We are RCGP research ready and will be participating in primary care research in the next 12 months.
We aim to deliver a old world family practice feel in a state of the art efficient structure.
Informal enquiries welcome...
