We would like better phone systems that lead to faster response times and a better way to get to the help we need

...We did

We have reviewed our phone systems over all of our three buildings including our suppliers contracts. We have researched a new intelligent telephone system that can better work over all three buildings. Our new system has now been installed and feedback has been really positive. This will provide faster response times and a better patient experience.
